Aug 24 : Happy Birthday Ma'm Mely Roxas-Ninonuevo

Maligayang Pagbati Po !

Aug. 18 : Happy Birthday Fr. Eric Ollaque OFM HS96

Photos of the Iglesia del Santo Sepulcro, Jerusalem

Plan of the Basilica with Numbers indicating where Fr. Cris took the photos

Photo #4 of Fr. Cris in front of the Basilica

Photo #1 shows the front of Jesus' Tomb.

Photo #2 was taken at the side of the tomb.

Photo #3 was taken at what is shown in plan as the Altar of Mary Magdelene.

A cross section of the Basilica showing the original rock formation of the tomb where Jesus was buried and Golgotha where the Lord was crucified.

Panoramic view of the Basilica, which is the far view of Fr. Cris Photo #4.

The Architecture of the Iglesia del Santo Sepulcro in Jerusalem has a touch of "Ottoman Barouque" as evident in the slightly pointed arches.

These photos of Fr. Cris will enrich the archives of our group site. Salamat po ulit.

Videos of the SIC HS Acquaintance Party on July 24, 2009

I received a text message from M'am Benjie Viray yesterday at 6:46 p.m. that both the HS and College Depts. at SIC are going to hold the Oath taking of Student Council Officers and Acquaintance Party. Since I was in Tanay, I decided to cover the two events before going back to Manila. The HS Party was held at the HS Quadrangle, and the College Event was held at the Elementary Quadrangle.

Here are the links to the uploaded videos for the HS Acquaintance Party

These videos are a response to the enthusiasm of both the HS and College students to the outcome of the previous coverage of all the Graduations in SIC this year. As will be seen in the videos, there has emerged a sense of family feeling among all. I am impressed by the participative mood of the young students. I pray this enthusiasm be spread out to academics and spiritual formation as well, with the proper and balanced guidance of our dear teachers. Congratulations to the newly elected Student Council Officers. Thank you for inviting me to record the lively events for viewing and reminiscence of all others. Have a happy weekend all !
