SICAA COMELEC Chairman Ricardo Llosala informed all present before the voting started that there are no other party/parties who filed candidacies for elective positions.
Incumbent President Lanie Timtiman Santos confirmed to all that despite the lack of qualified candidacies from any other party, the SICAA Constitution requires that the election shall proceed.
