Advance congratulations to the Officers, Management and Staff of the Tanay Water district, many of whom are Ildefonsians, and or whose children are Ildefonsians, who will celebrate their Pearl or 30th Anniversary in 2009. May the Lord give you the strength and guidance to continue the productivity and optimization measures that has enabled you to maintain the same water rates for the last two years and into 2009, and further extend the Gravity Spring Water Development Systems in the Mountain Barangays as was completed in Brgy. Laiban in 2007, now ongoing in Brgy. Daraitan and Brgy. Cuyambay, succeed in applyind new VFD technology to reduce power costs and have a jump start in the modular rehabilitation of distributions systems to diminish unaccounted water and elevate the water quality monitoring parallel to source protection through cooperative watershed protection with the national and local governments ! May God bless and help us us as Stewards of the Beauty that He has created as in the Fist Book of Genesis !
