Tanayans in California Raise Tanay Relief Fund

The Tanay Association of Southern California led by Betsog Jugo and Laarni Garcia Omigo has launched the Tanay Relief Fund from contributions from Tanayans in Socal.

Having raised $3,302.00 as of Oct. 27,2009, they have set a Target of $ 5,000.00 Relief Fund for their beloved townmates in the Philippines.

Only this morning of October 31, 2009, three Tanayan Sisters Amy, Anabelle, and Helen of the Porciuncula Tica Family of Tanay, Owners of "NINONG'S Pastry and Coffee Shop" at Granada Hills California, have offered 50% of their Sales for the Tanay Relief Fund . We have some photos uploaded via Blackberry by Laarni through Facebook.

Amy Porciuncula Tica is shown here welcoming the guests to the Fund Raising Event.

We salute the Tanayans in Southern California for their unselfish concern for their Kababayans and their exemplary unity in taking concrete actions to help alleviate the sufferings those affected by the recent calamity. God bless you and us all!
